Love the food and the service. Hate the fact that there’s a tip jar now. Pay your employees better so they don’t need to have a tip jar out.

This is probably one of the cleanest Carl's I've been too. Looks really modern. New paint and structure. I think they updated it back in 2018. It still looks really nice.
Employees are kind. Ordering was quick.
They also have an Amazon hub inside.

Picture in the center middle does not resemble the burger l received. Carl's used to be better tan this... much better.

Driveway could swallow your car with all the big potholes. Staff was friendly enough. The food was not properly assembled. These fast food joint employees I think they forget they handling people's food and just slap it together as quickly as possible. They wouldn't accept it that way for themselves!!

Not a bad experience, very polite service. Food was alright. The service was a fair amount of time without too much waiting. I went inside to order food to go instead of using their drive thru.

Foods always good but THEY TAKE SO LONG TO MAKE IT ISTG you'll be waiting for your order for 15 to 20 min even worse in the drive thru

Like their average rating which is 4 stars I go with it. Not the best but good and they try to improve - I see it every time I come here.

Amazing food especially the criss cut fries but their prices are outrageous!! Its unbelievable. Im a vegetarian so getting the beyond burger eith criss cut fries and a strawberry shake its over $20!!!!! 1 meal
