This wendys always does it right. Always have a good experience especially when you order off the app. They are quick. Lots of offers on the app so make sure to Visit the app to save some cash or get free items. One big thing that would be great is if they offered Dave’s orange soda , but other than that, this place always makes the food fresh and is on point. Customer service is great and the value menu is awesome as wel. Again, remember to use the app for more savings.

Anthony has poor customer service.First off I purchased an order last night and the fries were salty and disgusting.The elderly lady which I did not get her name.She had an attitude like she didn’t want to be there.Then my daughter Wanted a cheeseburger and it’s down the street from my house so I went again today and Anthony gave me my order fast,Well done with no salt.Inasked if it was cooked correctly because the the situation last night.I never called and I was gonna let it slide till Anthony gave an attitude and said I don’t know what a garra is.I’m a 4 generation American.I said I was chicano as well and what does being an American have to do with garra.He claimed he didn’t have to know spanish and to check the order if I have a problem.I explained what happened last night and he already had an attitude.I’m not go throw any words I’m not 100 percent on.Thiugh it seems that this place doesn’t like customers giving there complaints or comments about an order.I will write a certified letter about Anthony being a 4th generation American have to do with knowing Spanish. I am 3 generation and Mexican American and he seemed to sensitive about the subject.If this is the way Wendy’s treats all nationalities.Then I will never give one more cent to this business.Poor upper management hiring bitter workers.
