Jamba Juice

I wanted something with carrots in it, and the cashier/server was nice enough to help me find one. It's the orange and carrot cooler and it's great. The place was clean and ordering was quick and easy. The server was helpful and attentive. The drink was good enough to refresh and energize. Good idea to stop at Jamba Juice to quench our thirst!

Love their fresh juice choices First time walking in was on a Sunday New Years Day & Chris was working on his own while another employee was on a break. He did a great job of explaining the different drinks that they have. I was trying to find something that my 11-year-old son would enjoy. He's the pickiest in my family. In the end I ordered my usual 24oz Great Greens and we decided to go with a medium-sized Berry Upbeat for my son. It's got a great blend of Strawberries, Blueberries, Mixed Berry Juice Blend, Red Vegetable Juice Blend (Carrots, Beets, Broccoli, Spinach, Kale, Lettuce), Mangos & ice. The verdict: HE LOVED IT !! Thank you Chris !!

Today I arrived with my 4 year old. She does not like the kid offerings, but only needs the kid size. We were unable to order her favorite Caribbean Passion, in the smallest of sizes (kid). The woman behind the counter was rude and unaccommodating. After I explained to her that the Moorpark location as well as the Tapo Canyon location are ALWAYS happy to make the Caribbean Passion in the kid size, I then told her I would take my business elsewhere. We drove to the Moorpark location, and sure enough, they were happy to make the flavor my child wanted in the kid size. No issues. I will never again take my business to the rude staff at the Town Center Jamba Juice.

ordered the greens 'n ginger and it missed the, peach, mango and lemon!!! all i could taste was the ginger and kale. Two days ago i ordered the same smoothie at the jamba juice on Tapo Canyon and it was amazing! it had the sweet notes of the above missing ingredients and the ginger was strong but in a good way, so here I get this 100% bitter smoothie, not the slightest taste of sweet in it. I will b returning a second time sometime in the future to see if this was intentional and this time I will complain in person!!! This Jamba Juice don't deserve any stars but have to choose one!
