I visited Momoya after reading the rave reviews. I have to give it to Momoya: the chef was very enthusiastic and explained his specialties very well. The Hell's Kitchen sushi had a nice creamy texture and its sauce had smoothly sweet and spicy flavor. But I must confess that I am biased: I am a minimalist when it comes to sushi and sashimi, expecting only the most fresh and flavorful fish and good quality wasabi. The ingredients used for Hell's Kitchen and the yellowtail sushi really didn't do it for me this time, nor did the wasabi. I plan to return and check it out again.
