We visited on a Thurs afternoon at 4PM (not exactly a peak period). The service was slow despite the fact we ordered two combo meals - nothing off the menu. The burger was "okay". Both the fries and the shakes were good. I personally feel there are better local burger establishments in town.

Been driving by... Finally stopped. Probably the best black burger I've ever had (with mushrooms and haystack onions). My son's attention was not going to be taken from his crispy chicken sandwich w BBQ sauce. My husband has already put in his request for the next time we go for another classic. I'm not a fries person, but they were delicious! The brussel sprouts were very enjoyable. I am looking forward to trying the pickles next time, and maybe the turkey burger. Yes, there will be a next time.
The gentleman who assisted us at the register was extremely helpful for our first visit (Justin maybe?). He anticipated our questions, checked on us periodically (but not annoyingly) until we were walking out. He made us believe to this is really his dream job! Ty!!

I had high expectations since I had been to the thousand oaks location and loved it, but I was very disappointed with this place. The burgers were thin, dry and over cooked, the fries were skinny and flavorless. When I tried to order a beer off of the menu, they didn't have any of the listed products. The workers were nice about it though so that was a plus.

Called a to go order on a Sunday for the first time, asked about payment, told to pay when came in. When I arrived 1 cashier was available while at least 3 other employees stood around. I could see my order sitting in the window getting cold under a sign saying prepaid order pick up here. When I got the food home they had put it on top of the napkins, so the napkins were so greasy you couldn't use them. Thank goodness I hadn't wanted to eat it out someplace else. The food was ok, but with poor management training like that I won't be going back. By the way, only 1 other couple was eating in the store at the table, so when I placed my phone order, they weren't too busy to have taken my card over the phone at the time.

They must have gotten past their “just open” growing pains. Food was amazing and served to us almost immediately after we sat down. The employees were super nice and quick to ask if we needed anything. The only thing I didn’t like was the way the manager was talking to the employees... no need to talk down to anybody.

We don't know if the food is good or not. Got 1 burger without the mayo on the side like requested, second burger never came. Asked 3 times for the mayo. We waited 30 minutes. The table next to us was having similar problems. We wanted a refund and 2 other tables also wanted refunds. Nobody seems to know what they are doing except the cashier.
