Dunkin'

I ordered online and picked up through the drive thru. When I got home, I saw they had given me the wrong flavor of munchkins. I went back to the store and they went above and beyond to make it right. I would also like to add the drive thru is much faster than it used to be. I was very happy with my visit and will continue to be a customer!

Hot chocolate taste was subpar. I left the drive through yesterday January 1st 2022 with poor customer service and the attendant forgot to give my credit card back. I drove off not realizing until I got home and they denied ever seeing me before when I went to speak to them about my card which was left on accident. Thank goodness for card services.

Went through drive at 6:00 am, the girl couldn’t even make change, she got her phone out to do the math. got my bag, missing a sandwich, when i did get it, cheese wasn’t melted the sourdough bread was hard. You could tell he literally threw it together. It was horrible. Promise i will never go back!

Friendly service and consistently good coffee and food! Edit: I stopped going a short time after this review. Unfortunately, they started consistently messing up my order and the coffee was awful. I know the staff has changed a lot over the last year and staffing has been an issue for this location along with many other places. The wait doesn't really bother me but it does determine if I go that day or not. I went today and the staff was kind. They seemed well staffed. But unfortunately the donuts were older and the coffee isn't correct.
