The Eureka Station

When asking if they had an update on the wait we got passive aggressive remarks from 2 people “small restaurant, small town”. Sorry I asked for an update after waiting over an hour to be seated. I was very polite and friendly, not upset at all, just inquiring. Food took over an hour once we were seated. My French fries were literally black. My friend order the confit chicken. It was boiled chicken with bbq sauce drenched on it. (See photo) Other nice locals said it was the best food in town. I don’t we were served what is normally prepared. May as well put up a sign at the door saying “locals only”.

Really Enjoyed ourselves at Eureka Station! Can't wait to go back! Service was excellent! Food was Spectacular! We ordered the wings to start. Good and Hot blue cheese was tasty too. For Dinner we shared the Bison Meatloaf and Pulled Pork Tacos. The tacos were juicy and matched well with he slaw top and aioli. The meatloaf was a decent portion of bison and tasted delicious, (but next time can I get a real side of veggies. Sorry the 🥕 did not impress.) I do want to mention the house chop salad. 1st let me say I do not like kale, Im not a bunny rabbit, but hot damn that is freaking delish. The combination of all of it together is a match made in heaven for your mouth. Have you ever seen Ratatouille. You know when Remy is explaining food to Emile and he talks about seeing 🎆. The restaurant itself is pretty cool inside, our server was pretty friendly, and they don't have a bad beer selection, however that's the cap. The fries were inconsistency done (from super crispy, to raw), and the old fashion cocktail tasted closer to rubbing alcohol. I will say, their fish and chips was pretty good with malt vinegar, and the chicken in the chicken con fit was very tender. Not really worth the price when there's other options around the area though.
