We ordered a single large pizza on 4/29. The food was ready on time and hot. The employee who assisted us was courteous. I have ordered from this Pizza Hut before. The service we just received represents a noticeable improvement.

Usually people write reviews when they are not to happy. I thought what the heck let me write a good one for this spot. Trued the new Spicy Pizza - Veggie version. Placed an online order for 7 PM and it was right there on time at the 13318 branch. Very good manager on site. The pizza was amazing, I guess an experiment from Pizza hut! Just the right amount of heat, would go great with a beer!

At first glance it looks like it's closed due to COVID, but when you enter, it's clean and organized. The young lady cashier was very attentive and pleasant. The food was cooked quickly, Hot and tasty. They were masked up and sanitized every time they went into a new area. I'm pleased with the service.

The Hut can be hit or miss depending on the management. This particular hut is always consistent with their recipes making for a quality product and never fails to satisfy. My only complaint is they do not deliver to my home resulting in quite a hit to the convenience factor of ordering out for pizza. Never the less this is a quality hut and I will continue ordering from it.

The oiza was good,but the chicken wings were not that great. This was my first time trying the chicken wings so that may just be the way they are. I will not try again. Overall a good experience it would've been a 5 star but the employee that assisted me was on the phone speaking to someone ( wasn't about work) he literally wouldn't ask the person on the other end to hold while he helped me.

I appreciate this location. We enjoy the flavor of PH and this location is yummy. I’ve only ordered curbside and I’ve had a pretty good experience. Do yourself a favor and ONLY order on the app! Every time I call they immediately ask me to hold and it’s for a VERY long time. The app works well and is much more efficient and much less effort.

They're pretty cool and nice here! I don't know what's going on but lately all the area Pizza Hut has been really good with customer service. They all seem pretty happy! I've always loved Pizza Hut food so the only thing left to do is have friendly staff, right? Well, they have it!
