Get the lamb, its a savory party for your tastedubds. Also the garlic bread is 5 stars and the mango Lasse is as good as one's I've had in Bombay. Portion sizes are 100% sharable, if you can get the other person to share their deliciousness.

I really wanted to like the food here, and I’d say taste-wise, it’s still good food but unfortunately each of their dishes are filled with so many unnecessary ingredients and toppings. For example this goat bhuna I ordered yesterday came with so many chewy black seeds! I literally had to stop eating and start separating the seeds from the gravy before I could take another bite and you can imagine how unpleasant that experience became. Another issue came up when we ordered their biryanis. Each of their biryanis are filled with nuts and raisins and it’s so unnecessary because traditionally, biryani does not even come with any of these nuts on top! Moreover, none of this information was provided on Doordash so we ordered everything not knowing anything about the nuts and seeds in these dishes. I am scared to imagine scenarios where customers with nut allergies might come in contact with these allergens. Again, I really enjoyed the flavor of most of this food, but I would highly recommend the establishment to stop putting nuts and seeds in their dishes moving forward. I’ve read the reviews and a lot of negative reviews mention this as a negative quality of the food at this restaurant.

Pricey but worth the money! Folks rave about their butter chicken but don't snooze on their chicken tikka masala. Those chick peas and tadka daal are so flavorful loaded with garlic, onions, and spices you can taste in each bite. It's also a place that makes it spicy and not that weak level spice too! Try that ghost pepper chicken curry for a flavor unlike anything you had. The spice is not overpowering but well balanced with the flavors of coriander, tomatoes, fenugreek, and more. Slightly citrus with a punch or ghost pepper spice! it's worth it!! (See photo which doesn't do it justice.) My family also loved the goat curry and nicely cooked, basmati rice and naan made super deliciously. Their menu includes more Indochinese options too which is a cuisine that needs more attention! I'm definitely going to try some more of those in our next visits.

Food is excellent! I really like the food here. I believe that this food is the closest I've found to food that I had in India. The reason for four stars was the lack of attentiveness at lunch. We were really the only table (for the first half of our meal) and we waited and waited for service. Very unfortunate. If I have another experience like that in store, I'll probably just order to-go from that point on. But, if you like Indian food, highly recommend this place.

Sorry to say that we are very Disappointed this time :-( We ordered Biriyanis, Chilli Paneer and Naan. Paneer was very very hard with lot of food color and Sauce. Only Naan was good. Biriyani has limited chicken/Mutton pieces.

Wanted to eat in but was told only take-out because their internet was down. That made no sense. Waited 20 minutes for food. Got home and one of the two dishes was RAW chicken. My daughter and I had to travel back to Curry Palace in the freezing cold. They gave us another dish but was too upset to eat. I thought that replacing the dish and giving a refund would be more appropriate. I’ve been a customer for many years but felt like a stranger when there was an issue with the food. Very disappointed.

Honestly been looking for a decent Indian restaurant in the DMV for over a decade. This place is delicious, reasonably priced, and the service is solid. I've now done dine in and takeout and it's been great either way.
