Einstein Bros. Bagels

First time at this location and probably my last. The cashier was very rude and impatient to all customers. They were out of most of the bagel’s that customers wanted. My smoothie is very watery and way too sweet. The All nighter sandwich was good, but I think it would be better with the original hash brown bagel which they were out of. The photo shows all of the bagels that were out when I went.

I usually don't comment negative reviews but I had to for this restaurant. First of all, the service was very fast so that was great. However the cashier was kind of rude, was running around everywhere and kind of unprofessional. She asked me what kind of bagel I wanted and I said "Classic bagel" very clearly. I had to repeat myself like three times before she understood but she kept saying what? huh? in a rude and annoyed tone. Also the avacado toast itself was very hard and there was no seasoning or salt. Disappointing.

They don’t let paying customers who are 9 months pregnant use their employees only restroom when those pregnant customers are having an emergency and the regular bathroom is out of service. I was then told to stop leaning on the “online order pick up” counter while I was waiting for my order to be ready. And they were extremely rude about it. Once my order was ready, the bagels were hard and stale and my breakfast sandwich was missing ingredients. I’m not one to leave negative comments but going here was a waste of my time and money. I won’t be back here.

I was there this morning I waited almost 35 minutes for my order, and got this the egg is not cooked fully and raw when I got home and saw this I was disappointed bc of the amount of time I waited. Also there was some issues with the prep line they were arguing and messing up orders and one girl took almost 6 minutes trying to open a trash bag!!! It was ridiculous. Never again it wasn't like this before bc I've been here before but today was just ridiculous!!
