My first visit to cava. really a fantastic Mediterranean joint. I had a chicken bowl with all the toppings except olives, because olives are gross ya know? anyhow I was incredibly impressed by the flavor profile, very fill and delicious. the food was fresh and didn't seem to have sat around for awhile. it was fast, convient, and clean. I liked the cookie and the pita was ok. next time I'll only get the meal.

Erica was The best from the time I walked into the door to the time that I was leaving she made me feel like I was eating in my own living room the way that she welcomes EVERYONE to the way that she delivers something as simple as a water cup was amazing, she needs a promotion she is the Best cava worker EVER we love you Erica !!!!!

This Cava is amazing! Great atmosphere, all of the workers are extremely nice, especially Erica! Everyone always greets me with a friendly attitude and are happy to help. The ingredients are always fresh and I recommend this location to anyone in the downtown silver spring area!!!

Been a while since I had been to a cava but glad I went back!
It's a pick your own lunch counter. Kind of Mediterranean style food but they have some interesting spreads and sauces and combinations.
I went in expecting to just get a traditional falafel in pita but they had a new spicy version with harissa and jalapeno. That was awesome!
And the fountain drinks are definitely different than your typical chains...

Solid fast casual option but would recommend putting dressing in the side otherwise your bowl is doused and too salty. Good kid options that are affordable.

One of my favorite places to eat! Loved their falafels. The quality and quantity of the food was surprisingly very large, I would definitely return and recommend this spot the service is excellent. Everyone, is so courteous and always greets me with a smile.

Can’t go wrong with some cava. Clean healthy feeling after I eat cava every time, they give you a good amount of food.I got chicken over super greens and white rice. A bunch of fixings. I had no problems with this location.

Visited on Friday night w/ am outta town friend. He’s never been to Cava before! I showed him how the ordering works, etc. He really enjoyed the experience and especially the food! I got my usual bowl and we had a lovely time. Foodie approved! Also that peach green tea was refreshing yum! Very friendly staff as well!

When I first went to CAVA I thought it was just another copy of other similar restaurants but as I started ordering the customer service was really helpful and happy. Their patience to explain their ingredients is just so accommodating, I tried just the basic rice, grilled chicken, and veggies with feta cheese on it and it was deliciously good! Great restaurant with fresh ingredients.

I love, love, love CAVA. The food is always fresh and delicious, the services is always great, the line moves very quickly, and they have an outside eating area right next to Veteran's Plaza -- so you can listen to music and watch the crowd during the warm months and ice skating during the colder months.
The only minus I'd give is the inside eating area is a little strange.
