First off, I have seen some places that flop and this place is no flop. Got myself the 26 (chicken bacon ranch) meal and oh boy was it good.
For my first visit I was given a general idea of what was what on the menu, and made the order. During my meal I witnessed many more customers come through. Some had issues with their orders and they were quickly handled with what appeared to be satisfaction. Another big deal on my scorecard is that they aim for a more recycled environment.
All out, clean, quick, and customer caring. Hang out a as you eat and see for yourself why I now call this my favorite sandwich shop.
Amazing! The Italian is off the charts fabulous. 10 stars for the kick as$ staff. Fast service, well prepared food, good vibes from the staff and all-around awesome atmosphere.
Overall the experience was good. The woman making the sandwiches was slow and did not project herself as customer service oriented; perhaps she was new? The Manager stepped in and made things right. The restrooms were clean as well as the dining area. The sandwiches were tasty, but very expensive...sign of the times?
Jersey Mike’s Subs in Sierra Vista, AZ not only have great subs, but most importantly they have an outstanding General Manager, (Beth) I believe her name is. Today we had a problem with our bill, which involved a gift card, and she went over and beyond to make it right. Jersey Mike’s are very fortunate to have this person in her position because she understands the importance of customer service! I couldn’t say enough with how much I appreciated her assistance today with making things right!
Excellent crew that knows how to keep things running smoothly. Beck, Luke, and Leidos were all so friendly and having fun, so it was a great atmosphere to join in on. The sub was great of course, but the real winners are the team
For a chain sandwich shop they have excellent subs! I'm trying not to compare them to the real thing in Philly or Jersey but on their own they're superior to bother chain sandwich franchises.
