Footer's Subs

There was fake eye lashes in my daughters meal. Didn’t realise until the meal was half eaten and she was sick 3 days after. Submitted a complaint to the manager and he said he was going to ask all workers to remove their fake eye lash, walked past the store and seen a worker with them again. So he did nothing about it and I’m not happy - didn’t even offer to replace my meal. I have submitted a complaint to both the Blacktown council and NSW Food Authority. Disgusting and will never return. Avoid here

I’ve been always grabbing veg patty subs almost every week as Wednesday sub for the day .I been afternoon yesterday and it’s very unfamiliar that an elder man and he looks very arrogant at the poor staff yelling out around the staff .It keep looking like a discriminating staff over There .we live right across this subway and we knew most of the staff there . It’s very strange that he is asking the staff not to use those white papers while wrapping subs .Subway cannot encourage folding subs straight away as the stuff inside may fall down .
