NEVERRRRRRRRR order through Ubereats . I literally paid extra for chicken and on everything they tried me. I took the top OFF to search for the chicken and I had like 4 pieces like all this money for vegetarian food 🤬🤬🤬 UM RUN ME MY MONEY🤦🏽♀️ why pay extra and I promise I’m be there tomorrow.

I drive ALL THE WAY to this location from Saint Marys because that's the closest one to where I live, but it's just so terribly managed. Most recently I was there on Mother's Day and they were out of sofritas. I didn't get the impression it was a supply chain issue, I think they just hadn't bothered to make any, despite having what seemed like 10 people running around the kitchen. They were out of fruit for my daughter too. It seems like they're always missing a key ingredient, no matter what day or time I go. I just feel like I shouldn't even bother anymore and get Chipotle as a special treat when I'm somewhere else that has it rather than making a trip to this location.

In town for work. First experience was bad. Young small girl made my burrito like she would make hers and have left over. Came back and was made a real meal. Will come back.

I have done app orders three times in recent weeks. I got the quesadilla twice and a burrito bowl once. Each time the food was excellent, just simply good tasting food after a morning fast :). The orders were correct everytime. This place has been top-notch on every one of my visits.

I love Chipotle but the staff here completely ruined my experience. Also very stingy with ingredients.. my bowl was half the size of any other location and I always get the same few ingredients every time.. avoid this location!!

i ordered a burrito from this chipotle. i went in and they were super nice. the rice in my burrito was cooked perfectly had the perfect amount of lime flaver and cilantro and i have ZERO bad pieces of chicken when i tend to get at least one everytime i have chipotle. i was just driving through on my way to cincinnati but i swear i wanna go here all the time for my chipotle. i would HIGHLY recommend this chipotle to anybody. food and service were AMAZING!!!

I requested double meat and between the steak and barbacoa I ordered it amounted to the same as just one meat. I payed extra and now have the weakest Chipotle bowl I've ever had.
