Hot Head Burritos

Always love hothead! The management is always respectful and on top of things in the open! The employees know my face and always go above and beyond when making my order. I'm kinda of a picky eater and am VERY specific when ordering my food, and the employees never gripe or grumble when I ask them to fix something! Over all one of my favorite places to eat!

Workers can’t seem to read online ticket orders. I order online for lunch so I can pick it up quickly. I like to get a veggie burrito but I don’t like the grilled veggies that they have so I would put in all caps in the notes, which is at the very top of the order before it lists the toppings in the actual burrito, asking them not to put grilled veggies in the burrito and they still put it. They also seem to put things in my burrito that I didn’t even ask for, like corn or the pico they have. About a 10% chance they will actually make my order correctly. Just read the ticket 🙄

Waste of money!!! I’m afraid to even eat the burritos. Every ingredient I wanted was pretty much empty and had been sitting all day. I had to request new lettuce and corn. The meat looked disgusting and old!! When I asked for fresh lettuce the worker had such an attitude to do so! nothing about the station looked sanitary. The other customers had many complaints as well. Will never come here again.
