We have visited this Arby's many times over the years. I am always impressed with the staff I interact with during our visit. They almost always seem happy and very willing to service and answer questions. The food is hot and served fast. The dining room is clean. I especially enjoy the historic photographs of local people and buildings.
We ate lunch here today and there were only 3 employees working. Drive through was open and inside was also open. Those 3 employees were busting their buts to serve us as fast as was possible. I have actually been in fast food restaurants with double the employees and had much worse service. So refreshing to see employees working their hardest and doing the best they can.
Ordered a special, 2 roast beef and cheese for $3.00 I asked for extra horseradish and BBQ sauce and when I got home there was none. Should have checked before as it is important to me. It would have been a big deal if they were far away, and I was inconvenienced, because it was cold and hungry, but when I called the manager offered to either make me fresh sandwiches or come get the sauces, and get a coupon for a free meal, so I took that. Just heated up my sandwich in toaster oven.
Took 2 of our kids in for dinner tonight, and the manager was taking our order. He made our WHOLE day by making 100% sure my youngest daughter's crispy chicken sandwich would be plain! He was super cheerful and we very much appreciated his upbeat demeanor this evening!
Dominic was very pleasant and nice. He offered to clean table for my son and I. I would gave a five star but the girl was on the front making food talking on the phone. Kinda gross. The deluxe burger was a missle 🔥
The regular roast beef sandwiches had a good amount of roast beef, and our order was ready quickly. They were delicious! I will definitely go there again!!!
