Service is great people are friendly. Mgr Is great she is not afraid to come out from behind the counter to you check on your concerns.

I had a fried chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken had a white cheese and green hatch chiles. The fries were delivered soggy and cold. I told the attendant about the fries, and she brought me a fresh batch a minute later. What service! Everything was stellar. They even have both Diet Coke AND Diet Dr. Pepper. 10/10 would return

I'm from Michigan and we don't have a whataburger. In the past I've head many people claim that they surpass all the other main fast food restaurants. My personal verdict is that their over McDonald's in terms of quality. It might also be that because it's not in my region the hype factor bar is high?
