This location is no longer up to the Dairy Queen standard. Items out of stock and the last 3-4 times I've been there and ordered a classic Oreo cookie blizzard (medium) and it has had MAYBE a teaspoon of cookies, maybe. Might as well order a medium cup of soft serve and save some money. I heard it was sold a couple of years? ago and it's never been the same.

I have to say I’m done giving chances to Dairy Queen I will not return to this location again. Will utilize other creameries in show low. Last 4 times were extremely disappointing. 3 of the 4 visits our order was completely forgotten like the employees are clearing the order screen to get good service time but then forgetting what they have done. I’m only guessing that’s what’s happening cause seriously 3 times forgotten. Just really disappointed 😔

Not the greatest service - took awhile to order, cashier didn’t tell us our cost and didn’t greet us. Only upside was because of the wait time, they upgraded our dessert size. This place is definitely a flash back to an older time.

If you’re passing by pass thru here though :) classic DQ vibes friendly staff and enjoyable outdoor eating tables as well!

So disappointed in the Dairy Queen this last year.
In the past the service was quicker, blizzards had more of the flavor ie( cookie dough, resse) for example, now the cup has more vanilla ice cream and less of what the blizzard is about. The prices are much higher than last year, and the cup is less of the blizzard makings. On an average we made a trip to Dairy Queen 2 to 3 times a week, now we made our second trip today sense January. Sure miss the old crew and owners.

Hoping it was just a bad day. We had to return because they did not give us all the parts of our meals. When they did give us the missing parts second time it was the wrong flavors. There was hair in the fries and the service was not amazing either. 😅 Hopefully other cusomers have a better experience.

Went through drive-thru and experienced the most terrible food service. The cheeseburgers were disgusting, stale cold buns, bad tomatoes and lettuce, mushy Patty. The fries were cold. Flat Pepsie. Kids apple sauce already opened. Kids Chicken strips were soggy and we were given shrimp cocktail sauce for ketchup. The whole order was deliberately messed up. We were unable to eat any of the food, it was so disgusting.

Best DQ in the nation until recently. Last 5 visits it is chaos. Order errors every time. It's not clean anymore. Staff, while friendly is overwhelmed. The nostalgia alone kept me coming after change in ownership...but it's just not good anymore.
