Panera Bread

Unfortunately this location is 8 minutes away from my home. 🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️That's a bad thing, trust me. I have been going to Panera for years and I really feel like this location because it has that old school diner feel to it. Not the decor or anything but the way they make you feel. The staff is super sweet. Protip: BRING A SWEATER because it's always freezing 🥶

I love Panera bread and went there a lot in my old work place for lunch but once I got transferred to a new location, I started going to this Panera. And let me tell you... this Panera bread brings so much shame to Panera as a whole because the workers here clearly do not care about the customers... I mean look at the picture I attached! I just do not understand how hard a job that literally required NO KNOWLEDGE can be screwed up to this degree. This wasn't the only time, there was a case when I ordered my salad with NO CHICKEN and what do they do with my salad... YOU GUESSED IT! They put chicken in it. No only that but when I ordered pasta once, there was a single piece of chicken in there and I was so upset because I had drove all the way back to Panera from work and wasted so much time. And how do they make it up for me? They give me a $2 cookie... I make more money in 5 minutes than the price of that cookie so that was clearly not enough for all the time they had me waste. They just screw my order up time and time again and just when I think there isn't anything they could possibly screw up this time, they surprise me yet again. I'll give this Panera some credit for never seize to surprise me, though.

its a hit or miss when it comes to this...but usually ill try to just pass. Update on 12/13/18 I ordered a pick 2 this afternoon and one of the items that I chose was the steak and cheese sandwich. Before I say this when I go to Panera Bread I do not expect to receive a five-star Neil Bhatt for $11 I expect to be satisfied and most importantly full. When I got my sandwich I was about to take a bite and realized that appear to be just bread, so I open up the sandwich and to my astonishment there was half of a strip of steak. Because of this I'm now updating my original three star review too a two star review.
