I don't even know where to begin. Coming from Texas where there are few gluten free options I sort of lost my mind at this place. My only wish is that it was closer so I could visit more. Everything is delicious. I loved the vanilla buttercream cake. The owner is very sweet and everyone who works here is so nice and helpful!! Their cold brew with cream is so good!!

Awesome place! I have a grain free diet and this place is the only place I can get delicious baked goods. Great salads and healthy food choices. Pricy but the good stuff always is.. My only thing is I wish they put the prices on the items they have on the shelves. I have to guess or ask how much some things are. I ended up paying 12.99 for a primal kitchen dressing they sell on vitacost for 5.99. Not enough to take away a star.. awesome spot! Thanks

A warning for nut allergy families: The restaurant is geared towards people with gluten and dairy issues, but is not safe or accommodating to individuals with nut allergies. All bread and baked goods contain almond flour (nothing inherently wrong with that!), but troublingly: management does not take ownership of their mistakes when mislabeling ingredients. I recently ordered a dish that was clearly labeled with all ingredients, none of which were nuts, and was served a dish that contained walnuts. As a result, I experienced an anaphylactic reaction that sent me to the hospital. When I returned to the restaurant a few days later to speak to management about the mislabeled ingredient, I was informed that the allergic reaction was my fault for attempting to eat at a restaurant that is “not for people like” me. Additionally, the staff had not told their boss that it had happened, so no change or reforms were put into place. I would hate for this to happen to another family, so please be aware/careful.

Their baked goods are tasty but almost always dry, which an unfortunate outcome of baking all gluten free, but you want to expect more from a bakery. The prices are about average for gluten free goods, but there are cheaper, fresher options in the area. The thing I enjoy about S&B would be that they have a very large variety of Foods and Baked Goods; if you want to eat a large breakfast or just feeling kind of peckish, and get something smaller, then this is the place for you! They offer many breakfast items as well as juices and smoothies, so it’s not just desert and coffee. There’s something for everybody.

A large selection of healthy gluten free items as well as some tasty breads and dessert type choices. They're pumpkin bread is delicious. It is very clean and they have indoor tables, some of which I've bench seating. They will also have outdoor tables depending on the season.

LOVE this place! I have a lot of food allergies and sensitivities and I love that everything here is clearly labeled and everything is grain-free and refined sugar-free as well. Not to mention that they manage to make everything taste even better than the less healthy versions. The buns used for the breakfast sandwiches are divine and the peanut butter brownie ice cream (also grain and refined sugar free) is seriously the best ice cream I've ever tasted. My only complaint about this place is that it is so far away from where I live, but luckily my husband travels a lot so I have a chance to swing by when I drop him off at the airport. Plus they come to my local farmers market, so I can pick up a few things there too.

The food and staff are fine. Really cold and drafty. Kinda strange ambiance. Lots of see and be seen seemingly especially in the parents of school aged kids age group. 4/5 cause I guess I just prefer gluten? Never put a foot wrong but never been blown away either. The loaf cake bread is very good though.

I love, love, love there chocolate chip cookies! They are so soft and delicious. I go there almost every day for a large chocolate chip cookie and my banana pineapple coconut milk smoothie. I also love going there in the morning to get some eggs with broccoli, red pepper, tomatoes, eggplant tapenade and guacamole. It is absolutely delicious!
