If I could give zero stars I would. I know KFC quality has plummeted in the last few years but this was the most disgusting food. The chicken was either very old or overcooked. Could not chew the white meat and I have good teeth! Even the mashed potatoes seemed reheated and old. The Cole slaw was just on the edge of needing to be tossed. We did not get our biscuits but that is probably a blessing. I asked for a receipt. Didn't get that either. Got chocolate chip cookies that were the only edible thing in our 36 dollar bag of food. I don't recommend this KFC at all.

Drove from Wilsonville, about a 45 minute round trip. I was excited to see no one in the drive thru because it is usually busy. I placed a large order and was surprised how quickly my meal was prepared. One huge bag of food, smelled so yummy. Hurried home to feed the people. Once I laid out the feast realized I was missing two chicken sandwiches, two large gravies, and a large fry. The fry alone is $6. Called multiple times with no answer. Frustrated already, but more frustrating when it says they are experiencing lower than normal business. All I really want to know is, did they forget it completely or just forgot to give it to me. I was charged $67, but shorted almost $20 worth of food. Next time I’ll drive to Canby.

Man KFC has really gone down hill, not even worth going and grabbing anymore. The Sherwood location is always out of stuff and if you go through the drive thru almost a guarantee they are forgetting something. We ordered the corn dog nuggets, had to wait "for them to cook" as we were driving away took one to eat and it was stone cold inside. Turned around and went back. They treated me like i was lieing then they took mine and through them back into the deep fryer to heat up, and have them back. I'm pretty sure there's some sort of regulation against that with the health department. Never again!
