Mcdonald's

Every time I go to this location, it takes forever to get food. I waited 30 minutes with 3 cars ahead of us. It was obvious my fries had been dropped back in the grease to heat them up again. When we got to the window for our order, more waiting....probably 10 minutes after we'd been in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes. I expected the food would be hot. My sandwich, a spicy chicken sandwich was barely warm if that. Definitely not a stellar experience. Not impressed. Won't be returning. Too many chances and all negative.

The White Hall McDonald’s is only about 5 minutes away from us, and the Sheridan location is about 15-20 minutes away, but I would much rather make the drive to Sheridan because I have never had any problem with the service. Everyone has always been polite and friendly to us, and if a mistake is made, they care enough to fix it. One time I pulled in to Curbside and only had to wait 5 minutes, yet the worker apologized for my wait when they came to bring the food! We have waited 30 minutes in Curbside in White Hall, and still had to go inside.

I come to this restaurant quite often, and basically order the same thing every time with no onions only they never seem to take them off... Well on this last order it was kinda large and I asked again for no onions, idk if it's a joke the workers have or what but this time they had been basically drenched in onions both sides top and bottom. I'd like for some corp personnel to do a surprise visit/order So they could be let down because it's the only thing they seem to get right... I'm baadaababaaa hating it...
