What's happening to this place? I remember getting wonderfully kind of slow service when they first opened by a bunch of teens then got slow service years later. It then got worse and worse over time. Looks like the franchise at this location is about to go under. Arrived today, May 21st of 2022, and the place was closed. All chairs flipped up on tables with a few workers standing around. This was at 2PM on a Saturday. Phone calls were automating hang ups after a single ring as well. Understaffed maybe?

Good food at a good price. We ordered two regular burgers and the garlic double as well as fries and onion rings. They all were very good but the garlic burger was especially delicious. The onion rings were amazing. The one down side is the size of the burgers but for the price we couldn't complain too much. I would definitely recommend.

So disappointed with the entire experience. The fries were cold and old. The servings of fries weren’t even full. The burgers were not good at all. No iced tea. We don’t live in the area so we only come when we are near by and will likely never return. This used to be our favorite spot!

Drive through is always fast. Even when there's a line, it's usually pretty quick.
Food is better than your average fast food joint.

Really surprised to see these negative reviews. My roommate and I live close to this location and yes, we've waited in long lines for the food but its always been consistently good. Its really disheartening to see full grown adults getting upset about an understaffed location taking long (go figure?) And clearly being abusive to staff over it, only to ponder why they don't have dine in open. Who would want to open their lobby to such rude customers? I enjoy this location and will be returning back. In the meantime, while everyone is clearly having too much time on their hands waiting in a drive thru maybe consider what kind things you can do to improve another person's day.

Attention owners of the steak and shake at river point Parkway in Colorado. I have been to your location on several times and gotten consistent bad customer service from young kids who don't know how to do simple math to just playing being rude. Unfortunately I love the food but I can't standed bad customer service. So we will never be coming to this location again and from one business owner to another you seriously need to reevaluate the crew working there.

Probably the worst fast food restaurant you will ever go to. A 50% order accuracy on a good day, 15-20 min wait time for one order in the drive thru, and some of the worst customer service you will ever experience. Do not understand how this place is still open. Save your time and go somewhere else that will at least pretend to value your business.

The only good part was the shakes, our fries were cold and so were the burgers that were so thin they m get as have been paper. They didn’t seem to have any clue what they were doing in there, I was let down for my first ever Steak ‘n Shake. Also they gave a receipt which had no prices or total on it which I find suspicious. Don’t come here if you want to get yours moneys worth.
