Taco John's

As a native Texan, I’m always curious other people’s take on Tex-Mex, particularly fast food. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors at Taco John’s. Not authentic, but all-in-all, pretty enjoyable. Line was pretty long and service was slow, which probably would have bothered me more if I wasn’t with company.

Would not recommend…server was coughing all over while taking orders and serving food, soft and hard shelled tacos were inedible due to liquid (what I’m assuming is grease) leaking into the wrapper and all over the bag with the rest of the food, one burrito wasn’t even wrapped, and they managed to give me someone else’s drink order. Two thumbs down!

Went on my lunch break, ordered small -3 chicken street taco meal. Asked for senior discount but since I had an offer for $2 off meal, they couldn't give it to me. I understood, but then app offer wasn't working. I get my food, she handed me my food, but it was upsized to a medium. She then asked me if that was ok, but I asked what the price was and she said $12.30 total!!! She didn't want to change my food back to the small, and also didn't give my my senior discount...very dissappointed that I wasn't asked before they charged my card...
