Oh boy, the best Vietnamese food yet! Best pho, broth is delicious and the meat is tender and not fatty. We were able to sample meat balls made of pork and with a savory gravy, also stew with a dark rich gravy which according to the owner will be served for lunch and breakfast. I just have to mention the spring rolls and how fresh they are. The restaurant is spotless and the staff are just wonderful to the customers. I live in Cleveland and don't mind the drive. It's worth it to have such good food and excellent service. I am so glad we found EAD. I was there four times already and can't wait to go again....
