Mcdonald's

It's a good McDonald's if you ask me. I did not go inside so I cannot comment on the building or service but the drive through people were quick and polite! The food I got was really good to. Fries, a chicken sandwich, some chicken nuggets and two burgers was all I got and all of it was great, no problems once so ever! Once more it's a good McDonald's, one I could see myself going to again. Images are of the food!

Inspect your food even if you have to hold up the drive thru (ESPECIALLY at night time). Stopped there with my brother to get some food (05/29/2022 around 12:35AM); Ordered their 2 for 6; got four big macs (two of those four sandwiches were with no pickles) and an order of large fries. After receiving our order, I took my brother home. Once we got to his place, we inspected the sandwiches to see which ones had pickles and which one didn't. Upper half of the sandwiches had nothing. No bed of lettuce, no pickles, no mac sauce, and no patty. ON. ALL. FOUR. SANDWICHES. He didn't want to go back to get new ones so he just took his two macs but I did. Manager at night (Tiffany) greeted me at the window and asked what's wrong with it after opening the boxes. I had to pointed that the upper half had NOTHING. She said the cook was new and placed them in the wrong order. Uh. NO. HE. DID. NOT. because there weren't two patties on the bottom half. Tiffany was just making up excuses (and if she wasn't then they need to retrain their cook because this has happened to a coworker of mine before. I can show his fb post about it as evidence). Thankfully, they did made me two new ones but just in case they spat in it I nuked it in the microwave for 30 seconds once I got home. I'm not even going to make a complaint to the owners because, once, an employee (different mcds in Sheboygan) used my card to pay for someone else's order. I wrote them an email and they never contact me; Probably, my email just went straight into their spam/junk. JUST PARK YOUR CAR AND INSPECT YOUR FOOD. You'll thank me for it, and it'll save you another trip.

After waiting for over 10 minutes at stall 3 curbside I went in and waited another 10 minutes for anyone to help me or hear me. My food sat on a cold counter for over 15 minutes 😒 2 different orders and times went and very disappointed. Not coming back to this one for a while. Order 1904 just now was soggy and cold and not one person or management cared. Yesterday Penny did. I give her 5 stars cause Lord knows she's trying but today I'm not going back.

Almost every visit I have here is horrible. The burger are always dry, the ice cream is either frozen or runny, and the employees are not up to par. For example, I questioned a manager at the drive thru speaker why he wouldn't accept any coupon, and excuse after excuse lead to an unnecessary argument and eventually telling me to leave that location altogether. The managers name was Steven. It's beneficial to have a McDonald's open late because of my work schedule, but there has got to be better people to work 3rd shift here. I don't care if it's the middle of the night and you want to be home sleeping, etc. Be professional or at least act it.

Can't even get some one to answer phone. Had manager on line he went by to get something to write with to send me coupons and someone hung the phone. Since then no answer. My biscuit was hard as.a rock. Plus order sausage and egg got no egg.wife go egg McMuffin and that was bad. Don't get why someone can't answer the phone or put a machine to take messages

This is by far the worst McDonalds in our Area, Yes its all redone inside but the Service is ridiculous, The Management is a Complete Joke and Lacks professionalism and common sense and bad mouths employees in front of customers to other workers. I was really angry when I heard her doing this! Service is Lacking, took almost 15 minutes to get 2 quarter pounders with cheese. Would NOT recommend this Location!!
