Subway

I went in this subway two fridays ago and was told by the lady working to hold on while she worked on two subs for a doordash order. She spent 25 to 30 minutes on them. I waited patiently and then she finally asked what I wanted. Got to the veggies and I asked for mayo, was told they were out. I was extremely irritated at the point. How can you be out of that? Only upside was she gave me a discount.

The gentleman working today (nick) was real careless and suuuuuuuuuper slow.... how can it take 1 person 15 minutes to make 2 simple footlong subs with minimal toppings? I used to run a subway and we would have pur customers (that chose to leave our store to eat) out the door in 5 minutes or less.. then my mother ordered her food and her soup was super cold and she told him about it and he shrugged his shoulder and continued to sit in the back on a stool and do whatever on his phone.. I wont be back...

The meat, cheese, and veggies were left uncovered and with scoops left in them. The guy squished the bread when he cut it and he didn't fold the meat. The provolone, american, and pepper jack cheeses were all in the same container so the employee had to pick through them to get to the one I asked for and the lettuce was turning brown. I asked to have my sub toasted and that was apparently a good time for the employee to pick burnt food off the device they use to load/unload the toaster oven. Then when the employee went to add the light mayo a piece of what I assumed was chicken fell off the condiment bottle onto my sandwich. The employee saw it and picked it off with his gloved hand. The work stations were un-kept and everything about this place seemed disgusting. I realize this is a fast food restaurant and I was trying really hard to not let petty things bother me but really this was disgusting, my standards maybe low but they aren't that low. I also couldn't tell if the employee had ever even said a word to me, he may have just been talking so softly that I wasn't able to hear him. I feel it was likely the former. Either way this is a disgusting unprofessional establishment. I literally walked away after he picked the piece of chicken off and I wont ever go back there.

I go here very frequently because work and home is near by. If there’s a guy in there with longer brown hair and glasses you’re in for great service! But if any other employee is working run far away! I just got a sub and the way she cut it was so mangled that all of the toppings fell out, she was rude and short when taking my order. And their produce is hardly ever ripe. Their tomatoes are always still green. If they ever get rid of the one employee I will sure never be going back!

THERE WASNT ANY ONE THERE FOR A VERY LONG TIME TODAY, I COULDNT ORDER BE CAUSE NO ONE WAS THERE. SIGN SAID BACK IN 5 MINUTES WHAT A JOKE!!! Didn't heat the steak on steak and cheese sub! Didn't put stickers on the subs and they unwrapped in the bag! This old lady only had 4 breads...DO NOT GET SUBS HERE!
