Taco Bell

It was late at night and I git some Taco Bell as dinner and from this particular takeout it wasn't bad at all! Can't comment on the service or restaurant itself as i got delivery but the driver was fast as he could be and polite! The food was very good and plentiful! Got some tacos, a burrito, nachos and few other thing all of which were great! No problems I enjoyed the meal I got from this Taco Bell, price aside. Pictures are of the food I got!

Literally made it very clear to the drive through cashier that I want a hand full of fire sauce. I've had multiple experience of receiving no sauce at all. Here we are again today and only 2 sauce that comes with my families whole meal when I clearly stated that I want the sauce. Had to go back and wait in drive through again and the cashier sure gave me a "you got to be kidding me" attitude. Well, if you gave me the sauce I wouldn't be seeing you again at the drive through. Point blank period!

What happened to the ingredients? My crunchwrap Supreme had much tortilla and little inside. Lots of napkins and sauce though. My consistent experience at Sheboygan, WI Taco Bell is that what you get is about 1/3 of what is shown on the menu board. I don't go very often because of this. And it is usually just barely warm.

This location seemed to be very overwhelmed today—like everyone in town showed up. I give credit to a particular employee at 1:00 today who really seemed to be carrying the load of the rush hour with little (no) support from the other two employees. It was nearly an hour wait for our food. As customers were complaining and canceling orders, taking the hardworking employee away from food prep, he handled each situation with grace.

The last few weeks at this location have been rough. I have had 2 orders messed up and extra items added to my order a couple of times. In the last week I had ordered 2 steak Chalupas on a meal and 1 extra regular chalupa. I got all three chalupa Regular. When I called to complain they told me to stop by. I came right back. I got 1 steak and one regular chalupa after I came back. I didnt notice the difference till I got home. Called said they made the order correct. Yesterday I wait in drive thru for over 30 minutes. Some how I order 3 drinks when I said I wanted 2. Then to top it off one of them had almost no flavoring to and looked like ice tea. Then to top it off The customer service at the window was just terrible. "Here is your Food" after 30 minutes of waiting. Not sorry it took so long we are short staffed. Just Gruff and unpleasing. I will be avoiding this taco bell for a good while again

Ordered three soft shell tacos one with only meat and cheese. Got my order and I got 3 soft shell taco supremes with everything on them. None of us like tomatoes. The sour cream was a nice surprise for my husband and I. However my son likes absolutely nothing and that is why I ordered his with only meat and cheese! Just can't seem to ever get an order that is correct at either taco bells in Sheboygan.
