My fiancé and I ordered here twice. I mean pretty good food but the first time we came here they forgot my chips and I paid for it. Second time around I ordered a two sub and two milkshakes and on one sub I clearly asked for no onions, and then they added onions then they added another milkshake when we just ordered two we paid for it like next time please re say the order and next time please pay attention to what we say. This is a newer location. The staff was nice & prompt. It's clean and what you'd come to experience at a Cousin's. Keep up the good job! There's no ambient music at all, and we can hear the staff chit chat. I would suggest updating the hours on Yelp, it says they're closed today which it is not.

Quite a few people will tell you that cousins has the best bread for their subs of any of the Nationwide sub restaurants. But for some reason the bread in this one is even better than most. I don't really know why there would be a difference but it just tastes fresher.

Food is always great. Service is not always that good. Today was not a so good day. I walked in 2 people at the counter didn't look up, didn't say hi, or be right with you nothing. I understand that they were working on a to go order through the drive through but could have acknowledged me. I stood their over a minute before being talked too. I work in customer service and I would not get away with that.

Boyfriend and I ordered subs to eat in and one to go. We both ordered steak and got his mom a club. He and I both spent the rest of the day in bed or on the toilet. Food poisoning! Not sure if the soda lines were dirty or the steak was bad. His mom was fine thank God. She is almost 90. It could have killed her. Not going back to that store. Little old lady begging the counter was also lacking in customer service skills.

I go here a lot but today they mixed up my order with someone else's and it really is terrible to bite into a sandwich thinking it's chicken and u get fish... the employees are all too young and seem unmotivated to me. Everytime i walk in recently no smiles or greetings are given and it's killed this location.

I've stopped in here once before and it was pretty good. This time I stopped in before the lunch hour, roughly 11:45, and thought it was pretty dirty. I didn't want to sit by the window and look out because it was filthy, the floors needed to be washed, carpets swept and tables were empty, but needed to be wiped off. Needless to say, I was not impressed and it is actually a fairly new or newer looking store from the outside. Hmmmmm, food was good, just dissapointed in the cleanliness.

The girl behind the counter hollered to get the cashier out from the back. Then the guy came out and took my order. I sat down and waited for my food to come out and the girl hollered at me that my food was ready and bagged it up. I guess I was just disappointed that it was nothing like my last visit where the staff was very friendly and brought my food to the table where I was sitting. I didn't feel welcomed and so I left.
