Every time I come in I get the turkey breast with no tomato. And every single time I come in there is tomato no matter how many times I say I don't want them. I am allergic and having something that could kill me in my food is really concerning and I have told them that I'm allergic. I expect better from you guys but I guess I should stop. Do better.

The south side one was good when it was still open, but this one is just disappointing. I ordered a chicken Philly and it tasted funny when I came home. Next day I threw up 11 times and had to go the ER for food poisoning. Don’t recommend this location.

I ordered two 20-piece party packs of club subs for my church group on St. Patrick’s Day. I was so proud of the food I’d brought to share. Everything was individually wrapped and they were delicious! Everyone at Cousin’s were kind and helpful when I made my order, and everyone at my church group loved the subs!

The guy that took our order was not friendly at all, was kind of rude. We seemed like a burden cause he had to do something. Didn't give the soda cup. So I got it myself. Also forgot one item we ordered so had to ask for it.
