Mcdonald's

The somewhat tall Caucasian male, who claims to be THE General Manager, named WILLIAM, was highly rude this morning! I pull-up to the drive-thru to pick up an order that was placed online, showed them proof/receipt, AND gave him the code he had asked for only to tell me that they NEVER received it! I got back on my phone to inform my sister what was going on and rudely tells me that I was holding up his line, WHICH there were NOT even a single soul around! I could not care less about the food, the LACK of customer service and professionalism is what got to me! And YOU claim to be “THE GM?!!” Cooperate WILL hear from me!

Worst experience ever! Went at lunchtime through drive thru. The man that took my order was very nice. The lady at the window to pay was not. She had the wrong order and twice insisted that's what I ordered. Was VERY RUDE the entire time! I left without anything and then found out I got charged and received nothing !! Don't go to this location. I will NEVER be back! If I could give a negative 5 rating, I would!

After getting groceries I drove thru this McDonalds for a quick dinner. I bought 3 combo meals and an extra large fries...when I got home I found out that my bag did not have any of the fries at all. I called the store to tell them and was basically called a liar for my trouble. The issue was the manager was working the window but was more interested in his personal conversation with the other employee than with his job...I never expect much from McDonald's so I guess I shouldn't be disappointed in their lack of customer service. I'll take my money elsewhere.
