The food is why I go. Be prepared to wait for it when you go through the drive through. I have never dined inside. I'm always grabbing dinner on the run. I'm not complaining about the service. Something worth having isworh waiting for.

One of the best alternatives to fast food restaurants, and quicker than truaditional Italian restaurants. The food is good and comparable to traditional. The breadsticks are excellent and the prices are Fair.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Ashton in the drive through. She made my day with her smile, pleasant voice and her awesome customer service. I do though a lot of drive through and fine out often, but if they could clone Ashton and place her at several other restaurants nearby, you would never have the wrong meal or someone just holding a job. We all work but compassion and a willingness to ensure that customers are taken care of is becoming rare! Thanks Ashto . You made a blessed day even more blesse . I thank you.

Good food, staff is always friendly, and who doesn't like the bread sticks.

Have gone into Fazolis in the past week and the best experience because of an employee named Phillip Probst. Phillip was very patient and helpful. Our family will definitely be going back to that location because of him! Wish everyone was as helpful as him!
