Wow! Great little neighborhood spot! We decided to pop in for a quick dinner as I was craving a good burger. First time here and they knocked it out of the park. The burger was cooked just right; thick patty, crispy edges and juicy inside. Make sure you get it with the hot pepper cheese! The lady had their KC strip and said it was one of the best she's had at a bar & grill. We'll definitely return for some more excellent food, and to catch a KU or Chiefs game!

Steaks are huge, atmosphere relaxed, food is good, what more could you want from a grill/bar. Only issue is the service is a tad slow

Invited to Jake's located on Johnson Drive just west of Quivira on the South side. 'Night Run', a motorcycle group delivering toys for disadvantaged children within a four-state area in their trailers and trucks. Wrapped packages getting ready for Christmas giving. Jake's is a sponsor, so ate dinner while wrapping. The nachos were plentiful, chips very fresh and plenty of cheese and meat. Prices are very reasonable and service was excellent (Chris was our server). Will frequent this business more in the future both for their food/prices and their support of disadvantaged children.
