Grand Wok

Friend and I decided to give this place a try when we were out in the area. I was very impressed. Outside looks like a small take out store. Once in the door, it is a lovely simple Oriental decorated restaurant, clean and bright. with many tables and booths. The hostess/waitress was efficient, served my friend a special request with her other ordered items, and delivered our food promptly. Enjoyed every bite. I even called my husband, and took an order of egg foo young home for him. Definitely will stop again.

A first rate Chinese restaurant with an extensive menu offering some classics not available at other Chinese restaurants (Egg Foo Yung, Sweet and Sour PORK, etc.). The value is excellent, the food is delicious, and orders are filled quickly. The restaurant and kitchen are very clean, and the staff is very polite and accommodating. Best Chinese take-away in the area by far!

The inside of this restaurant smells like the plumbing is backed up. I went once about 2 months ago and didnt want to go back due to the smell. I did eventually go back thinking maybe they fixed that issue, but no. When the smell over powers the food being cooked, that cant be safe. Also, the food I got was... "no, thanks." I got the chicken and broccoli, but the sauce was thick like the top layer of sauce that's been sitting out all day. The broccoli had no crunch to it, as if it has been sitting in hot water all day. The smell by itself is worth not visiting anymore.
