Taco Bueno

Great service. Staff is very friendly & polite. Food is decent for fast food, much better than Taco Bueno on 12th in Norman. I tried the Big Freak'n Taco Salad tonight, though, instead of sticking to the Big Freak'n Nachos & I'm not a fan. The meat was bland & the bowl was in pieces. Can't blame the franchise for the product, though. That's corporate's responsibility, for the most part. My nephew got the Beef Mucho Nachos & they were great, as usual. He wouldn't let me have his leftovers. He's saving them for tomorrow. My niece loved her Nacho Salad. Not my first time here. Won't be my last.

Nobody inside or outside so why am I having to pull around and wait for 3 soft tacos and 4 potatoe burritos if i would have been informed of the long wait i would have went elsewhere. I don't know who the manager is but you need to find better employees. Update 😤 bonus , they also got my order completely wrong . I ordered BEEF! Potatoe burritos there is absolutely none. I'm guessing its because the woman at the window looked like she'd been up a few days 🙄

I love Taco Bueno but this store in particular is the worst I've experienced. Once in 2019 I came to this location for lunch and the person working the window was covered head to toe in mud. They seem to not care for cleanliness standards here, and in the visits I've made since I've had lots of missing items, had bad customer service, and they're just plain old slow. The folks that own this store do not care and it shows, I'm surprised they're still open to this day. That being said, I'd be delighted if they managed to turn it around but public opinion rules all.

Items missing from my order, food was turned upside down in the bag and beans and cheese leaked all out in bag was all over other food. Last few times I have attempted to eat at this location, food was missing or it wasn't warm employees not that friendly and always out of certain item. I knew better than to try to attempt going there but for sure won't again!

Stopped by after 10:30am, and the dining room wasn't open. The woman that opened the door said it would be 20 minutes. We had an errand to run, so we left and came back at 11:30am. There were only two people working. They handled the drive-thru and dining room during lunch, and did a great job. They hadn't had the chance to make guacamole or stock the salsa bar, but I wasn't mad about that. They were both pleasant, and did a great job, considering they were short-handed.

I have recently taken the management position, I understand things haven't been good in the past with the experience at Taco Bueno, at the Shawnee location, I apologize for all the bad ones you have had . I'am doing my very best turn things around and makes the changes that need to be made, I'll do my very best to give the best service we can provide, Please be patient with us as we make these changes.I thank you for your business and we care about your service that you receive.
