Very disappointed in the double stuffed oreo blast I ordered March 17th at 9 p.m. There was mostly ice cream and hardly any oreo pieces that only looked like it was mixed at the very tip top of the cup. I'm sad to say that I will never go to another sonic again. You have lost a customer with this 2nd time of this happening.

I hate to say it, but I havent had a good experience at this location in some time and even though it is the only location on my route to the interstate, I will typically avoid it as much as possible. Nothing wrong with the staff, they are always pleasant, but they are waaaay understaffed, resulting in long wait times, cold food and/or orders being made incorrectly. Drive-thru times greatly vary, but usually result in a pretty long wait. If you use the app to order ahead, it's really no better than just ordering from a stall when you get there, as it still takes the same amount of time. Used to be a great location, but it really seems to be struggling to recover since the pandemic compared to the other locations in Shawnee.

At 8pm I ordered a foot long meal and 26 minutes later the lady tells me to go through the drive through to get my order because they are short handed. Since I already paid I waited in line 20 mins to get my food it took about 46 mins which was cold. The lady when I got to the window didn't know what I had ordered I tell her. She said sorry about you wait and gives me a coupon for a breakfast burrito. As high as gas is this is ridiculous . They need to get it together or next time just close if you are that short handed and nobody wants to pay for cold food or wait that long.

We placed our order and they didn’t have what we wanted so

Great job sonic, a wonderful failure!! My super sonic bacon cheeseburger. Smallest piece of burnt bacon, no onions. Courtney, what a peach you are, no manners, no smile, thumbs up!! We spent $50 bucks and no thank you.

We have several Sonics in town (birthplace of the company). All are chronically understaffed, poor training, poor service, often mechanical malfunctions like broken card readers, broken speakers in drive thru, mobile app not working etc. Convenient because they are ubiquitous, but very sub-par in every way measurable unfortunately...

I ordered on the app and it was super fast and easy. Food was hot and fresh 😁

Took 16 minutes to get my #10 at the drive through. I payed for it then pulled ahead to keep the flow going. I finally got out and went to the door and asked for my number 10.
