Sonic Drive-in

After the 3rd time of telling the person over the speaker our order, she finally asked me to start over. One of our cheeseburgers was to have everything EXCEPT mustard. The other double cheeseburger was to have everything INCLUDING mustard. When we checked out order the single cheeseburger had mustard. We checked the double cheeseburger and it was fine. Upon reviewing the receipt, it showed ADD MUSTARD to the single cheeseburger. We threw it away. Even after 4 tries, the female STILL didn't take the order correctly. Won't be back there again.

I enjoyed the food I ordered. It was busy today but they seemed nice. I couldn't give it 5 stars because I was not here long enough. But it was a nice and satisfying visit. I hope to return and get the same service I had. Thanks to all the employees that delivered food today! Keep up the excellent work.

Well I'm not sure why anyone would really complain about would really complain about the service at any of these stores in Shawnee I have received excellent service at all of your locations very specifically these hard working employees are super nice to be specific the other day I went threw one of the stores and the stood a wonderfully exciting young lady with my food I belive the Yong lady's name is Amber kinda tall smiles alot I mean she was just a joy to deal with now that's a young lady that should definitely deserves a raise I'm a business owner and I know value in employees and she is definitely one of the best employees you have working for you treat her well! She is always happy to do her job every time she she is so very kind and patient food Is amazing everytime it's hot my order is always right and amazing customer service in ever location every time 👌
