Taco Bell

I went to get the new nacho fries, she said it would be 15 minutes, i wanted to get home so settled for tacos I asked for four to bring my brother two, and she said they can only make two because their fryer was down. Which is understandable I asked for meat and cheese only, and that’s pushing it because my little brother hardly even eats cheese and I got a fully loaded taco. They just constantly failed to meet my expectations which are low, do not recommend.

I'm really freaking sick of ordering things without cheese because of a politely specified dairy allergy and having them served with Extra Cheese. At this point it's clear they're doing this to be spiteful. Like a bean burrito stuffed with two kinds of cheese and cheese all over the wrapper and tortilla. I'm genuinely nice when I order, I know how hard food service is. It's a thankless job. But I carry an EpiPen for this, it's not a preference or a joke. Please train staff on allergies. "No cheese" really shouldn't be that difficult in a bean burrito, it's literally beans, red sauce, onions and no cheese.

My family and I went through the drive thru yesterday and it was a DISGUSTING experience!!! My sister was not done ordering and was trying to get all of our order right, he went to tell us the total after rushing us and we said we were not done yet. He then says “Oh so you’re trying to rush me but you don’t even know what you want yet?!” Needless to say we decided to leave but before we left we pulled up to the window and I said “you need to learn better customer service!” And he slammed the window on us. We are reporting him to cooperate and hopefully he loses his job!

Went there a couple nights and was really disappointed and disgusted by the food sold to me. The fries were not cooked well and hard and the burrito had little meat and mostly sour cream. The manager said they didn't have all the ingredients at the restaurant yet they continued to sell food that was not the way the recipes specified. I would not recommend this location.

Very impressed with a fast food being hurry up this manager has found what it takes to make it flow in one direction and that’s towards the customers. While dining in the staff not the manager came to our table asking if we needing anything. It has always easy to find a eatery with the correct atmosphere it’s easy. When a good manager is in control he a staff of what I call is standard. No a great manager surround’s there self with Great people this evident with this store. They have a very clean store from the restrooms to the front door very impressed and important for me to return the food was to spec well it everything on the item as it should not cutting any corners. Hat’s off to a great place to eat and enjoy the meal I will be back keep up the great work. With Respect to all. RR
