Red Lobster

2/21/22: we ate at Pearl's Crabshack in okc Bricktown on 2/19, then ate Red Lobster the next day 2/20. Save your money, just go to Red Lobster. We spent the same amount at both places. We ate the same things at both. Pearl's is overreacted and expensive, plus we waited 1-1/2 hrs to get seated. I got the ultimate feast at Red Lobster and it tasted good compaired to Pearl's. I know everyone will have their own opinions, but Red Lobster will be our place to go for seafood. Yes, we know you can't get "fresh" seafood in okla but it's the closest thing. Also, we went to the Shawnee Red Lobster, it seems better then the other locations, and our waiter was very good.

I work in a kitchen in a restaurant. 1* because our waitress was friendly and helpful. Other than that, she had failed to inform us our meal would be slow in being served. We had waited for an hour and only when we asked her, then only did she tell us. Hostess was pretty bad - I had called to make reservations but was told the wait would only be 0-10 mins - I was 10 mins away. Arrived there and was told 20-30 min wait. When we were finally seated, we noticed there were MANY empty tables, yet many people were sitting in the waiting area waiting to be seated! Our food was close to cold. The paper my fish fry dish was served on. was soaked wet (from steam), so when I cut into the fish, with my fork, the paper tore and I was eating bits of paper. The fish was not crispy. Overall, extremely disappointed. And we were entertaining family from out of town.

My husband, sister and I went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon to take advantage of their endless shrimp deal they had going on Easter weekend. As always the food was absolutely amazing, and our waiter Gavin was awesome. He was nice, attentive and he made sure our experience was good. We love red lobster in shawnee and will continue to do business there.

The worst Red Lobster in the US because they can’t figure out how to get you seated. They keep blaming lack of staff, but it’s been this way for over a year. Empty tables everywhere, and 30 people waiting in the lobby and in front of the restaurant. Corporate needs to come in and take over…..the food is great if you wait it out!!
