Burger King

Terrible service and cannot complete a simple order. Not only was the teller rude and could not take a three item order, but he told me they did not serve a roadhouse Burger although it was clearly on their menu. When I asked for a manager he responded with "he is busy". Not only angry but pissed off at this point I decided to take a deep breath and changed my order to something a little simplier. After 15 minutes of waiting I receive my food and to my surprise everything is correct so I proceed to my car. Although my endeavors do not end here. I enjoy my burger but when my lady takes a bite of her chicken nuggets, at this point it should be no surprise, they are stale. We threw away our whole ten piece in disgust each and everyone was cold and had a butter stale taste. Not only does this horrible experience and poor customer service deter me from this restaurant but I do not see me going to any Burger king in the future. The only plus side is my dog got some chicken nuggets. Bravo BK being able to produce food my dog can eat.

Yeah these people are all telling the truth I order 2 sandwiches they made 1 threw it in a bag for 10 minutes to wait for the other 1 both ended up being wrong and absolutely disgusting had to go back twice whopper literally had dried ketchup on it eventually just asked for my money back no way i could even eat here! Im honestly surprised this place actually got 2 stars someone must have gotten lucky, maybe blind, no taste buds, the owners friends possibly idk what a dump!

Worst customer service ever!! The big white guy and the short long black hair kid with glasses. Tells me I have an attitude cause I forgot to mention “no pickle” as he still making the sandwich. So I asked is it that hard to take out the pickle as he has it open? Keep in mind this is a delivery order. The little “boy” with the long black hair says well his boss has been on edge already and I’m making it worse!! What kind of customer service is this?? I wouldn’t even give a star.

Was told that I couldn't order chicken nuggets or whoppers. Then I found out I couldn't order anything because everything was broken. Then this burger king should be shut down and replaced. Whoever is the general manager is should be replaced. If something ia broken, in this case the entire burger king, then fix it or replace it.

On my lunch break I decided to order a rodeo cheeseburger and fries, only the fries were delicious. The rodeo cheeseburger made me sick to my stomach 🤢🤮the onion rings were hard as a rock. I called 3 times to report it and I never got a answer or a call back or nothing, stay away from this Burger King!!!!🤮🤮🤮🤮

Wanted to try their "Crispy Taco's". Was very sadly disappointed. They are basically frozen beef quesadillas, that they deepfry and then put taco sauce, fresh lettuce and cheese in them. The preparer looked like he would much rather have been somewhere else and over cooked the shells, so they were tough. Even a bad taco from somewhere else would beat these.
