Arby's

Ordered two roast beef sandwiches and crinkle fries. Went to counter to pick up order, and there were curly fries in the bag. Got that fixed, should have checked the sandwiches, they were both chicken sandwiches. Wrong Wasn't about to drive twenty minutes back to get that fixed, so we just ate the sandwiches.

Are you fricken kidding me? Literally placed on order online on the app for ASAP pickup and it set a 35 minute wait timer. The staff told me to go away and come back at the designated time. Literally nobody in line. Nobody waiting. Sitting in the lot right now watching people drive through and leave. Cant even cancel the food i already paid for. Changed from 1star to 3 because im not as steamed. But still rediculous. The app is controlled through corporate and really makes it hard on the employees.

It was nearly 10pm. 9:55 to be exact. I was shopping at Cub Foods across the road & was surprised Arby's was open. Nearly all Arby's near the Ridgedale Mall close by 5-7 pm. I got the msgs saying they were closed first, then a man's voice came on and apologized because it was too early. He was very helpful. They dropped a few freshly made chicken sandwiches in the oil. Apologized again for receiving a closed msgs 1st, b4 ordering. He said no problem, was very cheerful and personable. The chicken sandwich was awesome! Great custoner service, great food! Keep up the good work!@
