Love Bittner’s Bakery! You pretty much can't go wrong with whatever you pick. Their red velvet donuts are awesome! We also like the powdered sugar donut holes
If you are looking for a great donut cookie, or muffin you should give them a try!

Had a hankerin for a cinnamon rollz this morning...found Bittners and am I glad I did. HUUUUUUUGGGEEEE roll with great cream cheese frosting, and supa fresh. I had to get the peanut butter cookies fresh from the oven as well as the classic 'chipper and some oatmeal raisin to go. Good place for donuts, rollz, breadz, and coomies.

Bittner's bakery is an awesome example of a grass roots family launched ground-up business. Excellent product, variety, made fresh donuts, pastries and donut holes daily combined with good ole family hospitality.

Love this “home town” bakery. Have always supported the small business owner and this family (Bittner) Is the best. They donuts just melt in your mouth. I just ordered baby shower cookies with baby’s name on them. Laurie will work with you to get you what you want; even from a photo.

I love the fact that Shakopee once again has a small town bakery that is so accessible— within walking distance! The atmosphere is so friendly— the staff is great and super nice! So far, we bought a dozen donuts this morning, and so far I have tried the Bavarian cream-filled donut—my favorite donut, and I have tried many different ones! I can honestly say this is the best one I’ve ever had! The filling was super creamy, the outside just a little bit crisp, which I love!, and the chocolate on top was amazing! Super fresh, as well—if you like Bavarian creme, this is a must! 10/10☺️

Love this bakery! I visit weekly
Today, I tried the Weekly Special which was a filled bismark type of pastry topped with toasted coconut! WONDERFUL! I also tried the banana nut muffin! So good! Thank you Don for getting those from the back for me😊
