Unsure if these are the same cooks and owners as before. The food tasted different than I remembered, not terrible but just okay. Maybe still working out kinks from the long pandemic shutdown. Food came out promptly, staff was accommodating, friendly, and helpful with menu questions. I loved having a Thai Bubble Tea with dinner and a Tricolor for the road.

We’ve normally have had a good experience with pho 83. Today 7/3 - was not a good one. There was hair in my spring rolls, the pho broth was cloudy, and the spring roll was basically all lettuce with a thin slice of pork and a couple small pieces of shrimp. Probably won’t be back.

First time stopping in and we were impressed. Dined in. Service was great and food was excellent. Will definitely stop by again in the future!

Went here for lunch on a whim and was struck by how wonderful the food was. The grilled pork banh mi was excellent- fresh bread with a great crust, fresh pickled vegetables. The egg rolls were crispy with the perfect dipping sauce. Prices were surprisingly low in comparison to the quality. Service was friendly and helpful with the menu. Definitely will be coming back soon!

Really used to love this place. Since the new owners, portion size and quality has definitely gone down hill. Not even a half tablespoon of cream cheese.

This was our first time trying their food. AMAZING! Piping hot and delicious! The young lady taking my order over the phone was so friendly and professional. Ready in 15 minutes. Can’t wait to try more of their menu.
