Culver's

Went to this location and ordered a meal. Culver's deluxe no may no tomato along with order of cheese curds. Ordered and then proceeded to the paying window. Paid then waited. Food came to me and I quickly checked to make sure NO MAYO NO TOMATO...and sure enough boom mayo and tomato. I flagged an employee down and said my order was wrong. He brought it in to get fixed. I waited and then a employee came out and handed me my fixed order...I checked and guess what MAYO and TOMATO on it again... I was like really!?!?! I said I will park I am going inside. I told the manager the deal. I also asked for a new order of cheese curds which they did as mine were cold by now. The manager gave me a coupon for next time...... I was like OK this is fair/reasonable. A week later I decided to use the coupon same order I requested NO MAYO NO TOMATO .......guess what MAYO and TOMATO on my burger I was like I am done with the place and WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JUST UNREAL SIMPLE REQUESTS AND YET FAIL FAIL AND FAIL

Great food, and we really appreciated the kindness of Austin and Jesus! Austin is so friendly and welcomes people into the restaurant. He paid close attention to make sure our order was accurate. Jesus was so polite and professional, and also made us feel welcome. Nice manager too- she was also very professional.

This is a class-act operation. The staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. There were warm welcomes and goodbyes, and they had a sense of humor too. The inside is kept very clean and they obviously take pride in it's appearance with the seasonal (tasteful) decorations, flat screen TVs, and cozy fireplace. We would go out of our way to come back again.

I come here often since it's my closest and quickest option for lunch at work. Stellar service every time I come here. I mentioned I worked near this Culver's to my father and he immediately told me about how it's THE BEST Culver's location. He's 100% right. Merriam is also a great manager, thanks for helping me out today!! I was in a pinch but she made things work out for me.

I just got the most FANTASTIC customer service from Josh today! This is the Best Culver's in my book! Thank you, Josh! Tonight I'm giving you a low score. I got the wrong meal in the drive thru. I asked for & paid for a 3 piece cod dinner with an extra tarter sauce. My usual weekly dinner. But I got a 2 piece and no extra tarter. Very sad. Was hoping for leftovers for tomorrow.
