Only been in this store twice first time I was looked at meanly, second time I needed help and the cashier proceeded to ignore me to help the next person! Never said hi can I help you or anything. Made eye contact once while taking what seemed like a personal call. Even while no one was there but me she never asked if I needed anything. I did! I ended up getting my info and help from the cook thankfully but the cashier was only friendly to people she knew regularly came in.

Kid behind counter sits on stool, typing on phone for an unreasonable amount of time. Gets up scratches his privates before touching my food. Told him to keep it. Nasty!

Love my girls at Casey’s! Keep up the good work! Almost everyone in there is friendly & has excellent customer service, however there is one who’s work ethic (presentation & personality) is below standards in my opinion. I won’t mention any name (s). Attitude toward customers is very important especially 1st impressions and I know that the others are genuine & friendly so I look passed this.

Disappointed !!!
I am used to order food from Caseys in Columbus therefore I know how my food is supposed to come out.. I live in Seymour and wanted a bacon pizza, disappointment :( came out very oily, crust was too thin that when I grabbed a slice toppings fell out, needed my 2 hands, I didnt ask for peperoni at all, I ordered 2 cups of cheese sauce on the side they were cold :( maybe I should stick with Caseys in Columbus, they never disapointed me

I enjoy stopping in there, their gas is normally cheaper by a few cents, if not they are usually never higher. They have free air!
