For a tired truck driver (from Atlanta to here in one day, with 2 stops) this was an AMAZING reset button for the soul....nice refreshing walk from the truck stop, and the food and service was tremendous!!

I was not happy at all. Hard to tell from the picture, but that pile is all breading. There was not a lot of chicken. Way too much breading. The cornbread was very hard, even hard to cut in half to put apple butter on. Was told they would bring out fresh! But it never happened. Do not recommend the chicken fried chicken.

Ordered Smokehouse breakfast. Everything was as ordered. Awesome food as always. Our waitress was super attentive and pleasant don't remember her name.I believe it started with a T. Even gave me a piece of cake to take home for my birthday. WOW that's is excellently wonderful. Thank you!

Who doesn't love Cracker Barrel? We stopped by most recently, on our way to Illinois. The staff was extremely nice, we didn't have to wait at all for a table, our order came out really fast, and the food was really good. I got a fried chicken special they were having and I have to say, it was a lot of food. I was expecting a couple pieces, but it came with 4 and 2 sides. Needless to say I needed a box. On the way out, we stopped and looked in the shop, which is always a must. I ended up finding Cream Savers which I hadn't seen since I was a kid. All in all, it was yet another great visit to Cracker Barrel.

Normally I would rate Cracker Barrel 5 stars but this time I was a little unhappy with the food and the service. It took about 25 minutes from order to food being served. I ordered a side on hash brown casserole and pinto beans. The food had been sitting for some time as the hash browns were barely warm and the pinto beans had cooled enough to have formed a skin on top of the beans. The pinto beans were barely warm so not very enjoyable. The restaurant had a large staff on duty and we were seated as soon as we got to the hostess corner so staffing was not the problem.

Waited 45 minutes to get in. Wasn’t too much of a problem until we ordered drinks but weren’t ready to order food. Our waitress didn’t come back for 20 minutes. After ordering food our waitress again disappeared for about 30 minutes apologized for our food not being done. Offered biscuits after she left she took the order of the table which just sat down. She brought them biscuits as well. The table that came in after almost an hour of us sitting received there food 5 minutes after us Food was ok but my 3 eggs looked like 1 Wife enjoyed her chicken daughter enjoyed the French toast but the bacon looked like it was cooked for the entire hour we waited. Also definitely not a fan of the hash brown casserole
