My carhop, Kassie, gave us the best service I have ever had at a Sonic!! Our drinks were made perfectly and she even brought cherries out to my car after I forgot to ask for cherries. Shout out to Kassie! Great customer service!

I came in this evening and went to a stall. They were extremely busy. The drive thru was pretty backed up. But I had the most wonderful carhop. I believe her name was Stephanie. Our fries were cold, and she went out of her way to have some fresh fries made for us, even tho we did not ask for more. I knew she had a lot on her plate. I believe that she was the only carhop because she was the only one I seen coming and going. And that poor girl was so busy. But she still brought us some. And then convinced us to try out the new Oreo cookie dough sundae, and she was most definitely not wrong. It was amazing. If you get a chance to go here keep a look out for her. She was the sweetest girl. :)

Love the onion rings and shakes. Don't see why they don't open their dining room. I think mgmt should open their purse strings and hire a couple of more employees to service this area. Store sales should be able to handle the additional people. Other restaurants are open with a lot less seating.

Very nice people and food is good. But if you order the cinnamon things that come with cream cheese dip. You never get the dip even if you order it Pacifically. I have to check the bag and then ask again. I guess maybe it's way in the back or something and no one wants to get it. Lol

The Seymour location used to have issues with its staff. You couldn’t tell if the workers were just a little shady or if they were going to try to sell you drugs. I really like Sonic, but that location has issues.
No more. The last few times I have been there, the staff has been polite and fast. The Sunday evening crew is especially on top of things. Good job for the managers getting good people.
Update: went again tonight. Service was even faster. The carhop Caleb is the most customer service centered fast food worker I have seen. He took my order quickly and delivered my food just as fast. Sauces and food were correct. I don’t know if he wants to move up in the company, but he has the attitude to succeed.
