The one real “fast food” place in Seward. Young, energetic crew does a great job of providing excellent customer service. Option to place order through app is convenient and makes for an easy dinner/lunch when busy! Can get a bit crowded at peak times, so make sure to account for that, but otherwise, great quick stop for some sandwiches!

Literally got screamed at by the employee. Blonde gentleman screamed at everyone because it was busy and online orders were coming in. He actually screamed at customers to get out, stating he wasn’t going to serve them. The entire time I was trying to order my child’s sandwich toppings, he was next to us screaming and hitting the counters. Subway really needs to screen employee a bit better. Our children should not have experienced this.

Waste of time: Several times (3) I've headed over there only to find them closed WAY before 8pm. It's frustrating to plan a meal around their published schedule and find out the schedule is actually at the whim of the current employee.

Very rude staff, lady who was helping us got mad I asked for Italian cheese bread told me they had none and walked off the guy who took over was yelling at me and my family, after we he was done with us he actually yelled THANK GOD! Also after they told my they had none of that bread a separate lady pulled out a full thing of that bread. Foods fine but if you enjoy not be treated like garbage don’t go here.

The manager was soo rude!!!! They need to put a sign on the door if they want only 8 people inside instead of yelling when you enter the premises. Than telling my kids they can’t wait inside when we are ordering?! Although the employees making the sandwiches were very nice that’s why the two stars.

It's a Subway with a nice view from parking lot. Grab a sandwich before your inevitable boat cruise here in Seward. Dramamine optional.

Usually dont have any complaints, but if you don't spell out everything in your order, they aren't paying attention and will forget what they're doing. I ordered there new Cali Fresh which comes with avacado and mozzarella, but since i didn't actually say it they didn't do it.
