Traveled to Seward for Whale tour and ate here afterward. Wait on a Friday dinner time was only an hour and 15 minutes. Parking was fairly hard to come by. Food was, in my opinion, dismal. Had halibut fish and chips were devoid of any flavor. Fish sticks from the grocery store taste better. We also had Teriyaki shrimp that lacked flavor, size and quantity. Seafood chowder was ok. Kids meals were spaghetti with sauce that was really just crushed tomatoes. The kids chicken nuggets and fries were nothing special either. The crab cakes saved this place from a 1 star rating. They were quiet sizable and had a great taste. The stuffed halibut suffered from the same lack of flavor. The worst of it all is that the prices were very high for the quantity and quality of the food. Cannot recommend this restaurant. Go across the street to the burritos and beer place. It's a lot better.

This restaurant was mediocre at best but it was open in the off season when most others weren’t so we appreciate their work. we did have an interesting and delicious experience with Caribou Meatloaf. Our first time having Caribou and we were quite impressed.

Food was wonderful, it would be 5 stars, but need to rate the overall experience, which was good overall but could improve in a few areas. They ran out of a few drinks on the menu, our table was dirty and caught a few others that were the same, no bread and butter to start with, all of which would be expected from a fancy dining restaurant that costs $50 pp. But the food was great, specially that halibut on lobster bisque. They could use more creativity on the sides, all main entrees come with rice and steamed veggies, they should offer different ones based on type of entree to complement the dish.

We were super disappointed! The food was subpar for the price. Our meal in total, two entrees, prior to tip was $75 and the flavors were lacking and the quality/quantity didn't warrent the price. The salmon was okay and the rice wasn't the best. Halibut was good fries were basic without flavor. The view is great though!

We came to Seward on a cruise. The ship had all you can eat for the price of the cruise. I told my wife we should have just hopped a plane and come here. The crab cakes and salad were great, but the king crab legs were out of this world. Being from Florida we have eaten a lot of seafood. Never had better crab legs. Expensive (hell ya) but worth every dollar. Definitely recommend this place. Food and our server Tara were excellent.

We had the best Halibut of our trip in Alaska at this restaurant. Do try it. All our food was great, service was fast and prompt, even with the labor shortages. The views of the harbor are perfect.

I was disappointed with this restaurant, the previous reviews indicated it would be much better. The portions were much too small for the price. Don’t bother with a cocktail. The crab looked good (didn’t try it) but the meatloaf dish was only good because the meatloaf itself was tender and the mashed potatoes were good. The seasonal vegetables were bland and flavorless and there was a pitiful amount. The smoked salmon bucatini was linguine. The smoked salmon itself was good but the pasta dish was NOT worth the money. I wouldn’t go back.
