My go-to place when I want to relax and catch the game. Reliably good food and service. Not so many places to catch the UFC but this is one of them. I always look forward to seeing server Misty on game day. Not many people enjoy seeing the Bulldogs put the Vandys and Kentuckys of the SEC in their place as much as me, but she gives me a run for my money. Would recommend, service and sports are A+ and the wings are also good.

We felt so bad for our waitress. We were there to watch football and were going to stay the whole game anyways but I'm assuming they were short staffed on a football day and kitchen was so backed up. It took us 2 hours time to get our seats (45 min) and then get food. Not our waitress' fault. Food was still good and she was doing the best she could. They just needed more staff.

Came in to eat and relax after driving all day and was asked to sit in the bar area, not my normal place, but man am i glad i did. The bartender sarah was an absolute blast, not only was her personality amazing but so was her service. She was fast and attentive, with the moust bubbly personality. I watched her treat her guests like she has known them her whole life. To say this establishment is lucky to have her is an understatement. If you're ever in the area on a Saturday night don't hesitate to go sit with her. She will make your day, thats for sure. I will most definitely be returning.

Went to this location a couple weeks ago and top tier service would not be a justice for the bartender I had! I was welcomed like I’ve been a regular for years and my drink order was taken quickly and brought in a great manner the bartender gave amazing suggestions on food to try since I’ve never really ate here before, she constantly checked on us and my drinks never gotten below half without another coming as fast as possible. Customer service was out of this world! I’ll be back just because of her! If I remember correctly I think her name was Sarah! If you’re ever in the pigeon forge area and need somewhere to great to eat with great service go here and ask for Sarah!

Great service and delicious food! We were looking for a good place to have some wings and we found it! We had the origional buffalo, nashville hot and then a side of fries and everything was great! Service could be quicker, especially since we were pretty much the only people there, but overall great!

Had a great first night in town. Long day traveling and stopped in at BWW. Madison was our server, she was engaging and attentive. She even gave recommendations on what to see in the area.

Stopped in for lunch with my boy Tony and ended up catching them their first day open after a remodel. This was hands down the BEST Buffalo Wild Wings I've had in a very long time. I'm picky about my BDubs, and the one back home in Brooklyn just doesn't cut it. Overcooked burgers, stale wings, etc. But here? MAN! Everything I ordered was cooked to perfection. I got the House Sampler and All-American Cheeseburger with fries, and my boneless wings and burger just sent me to heaven. Our server Ginny was a perfect hostess, and I wish every BDubs was as awesome as this one! I also liked the ample seating and open decor. Keep up the great work guys!
